Ingredients
- 100ml LemonTop Gin
- 50ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- 25ml Simple syrup
- Ice
- Lemon slice and cocktail cherry
Method
- Place the LemonTop Gin, Lemon juice, Egg white and syrup to a cocktail shaker, shake well.
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker, shake until well chilled.
