The Sgroppino cocktail was created by bartender David Schomer in New York City. He wanted to create a refreshing summertime drink that would pair well with his restaurant, Bar Centrale.

To make the Sgroppino, you need some ingredients and tools. You’ll also need a glass, a bottle of prosecco, lemon sorbet, sugar syrup, lemon juice, LemonTop Gin, and a shaker.
- 50ml LemonTop Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Scoop of Lemon Sorbet.
- Prosecco
How To Make The Sgroppino
First, pour the LemonTop Gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into the shaker, and shake well. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled glass, add a scoop of lemon sorbet and top up with prosecco. Serve immediately.
