Ingredients:
- 50ml LemonTop Gin
- 50ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Spiced Rum (we used Yarm Distillery Rum)
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg white
- Ice
- Candy Floss
Method:
- Add all ingredients apart from the ice and candy floss to the cocktail shaker, shake well.
- Add the ice to the shaker and shake until cold
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Top with candyfloss, enjoy your nostalgic taste of the seaside
