Spin To Win Terms and Conditions

  1. This spin the wheel (“Promotion”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
  2. All entrants who meet the above requirements and complete the online form, providing all mandatory information, and spin the digital wheel between 10:00 on July 19th, 2024 and 23:59 on December 31st, 2025 (“ Promotion Period”) have a chance to win a voucher code. There is no payment required to enter.
  3. Employees or agencies of the Promoter and its group/associated companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with promotion may not enter the Promotion.
  4. 1 spin permitted per unique email address.
  5. Entrants who enter into the Promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  6. You agree to receive 1 promotional email from LemonTop Gin after which you can unsubscribe.

  8. There are 4 voucher codes available. a) is a 70cl Bottle of LemonTop Gin with cream soda, coaster and postcard, b) is a 20cl bottle of LemonTop gin with cream soda, coaster and postcard, c) is a 10% discount code on your next purchase and d) is a free keyring. Codes a and b fully cover the purchase including free UK standard delivery. Items c and d require the code to be entered at your next purchase of a minimum of £10,
  9. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for anyone who wins a voucher code under the age of 18. Should these circumstances arise, the voucher code will be invalid.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any other reason.
  11. The Promoter shall process any personal information an entrant supplies to it in accordance with data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679). For more information about how we use your data, please see our Privacy Policy. Any entrants who have unsubscribed to receive digital communications from LemonTop Gin will not receive the promotional email and will need to contact the Promoter directly to if they wish to receive them or unsubscribe. The voucher codes with be emailed to you immediately you have won a voucher code. If you don’t receive a code please check your SPAM folder. If you still haven’t received your code please email us from your email address entered on the promotion. We can then check against the entries. If there is no entry we cannot provide a voucher code.
  12. There are no cash or other voucher code alternatives available in whole or in part. In the event that the voucher codes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  13. The surname and county of the voucher code winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address below after the closing date.
  14. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter a reasonable period of time before the end of the Promotion closing date.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or liabilities, loss of earnings, injury, missed opportunity or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion. The Promoter further disclaims any liability for injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  16. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
